About this Architect
Moshe Safdie (1938 - ) is an architect and urban designer.

He first came to the limelight for Habitat 67, a unique prefabricated apartment building composed of units assembled so that the roof of one unit forms a rooftop terrace for another unit. Habitat 67 was Safdie's thesis project and was built as an exhibit for Expo 67.
